« I booked back in may (one full month before trip), I made a mistake about the dates and asked the host if I should cancel, she said no and told me to send her the dates I wanted and told me they were free. Come the week of the trip I checked and the women told me they were booked. So she totally screwed me and then never responded to ANYTHING. So our trip with our son to do college stuff was ruined. Never apologized or anything. Super irritating. »
