« Great lodging in a great location! »

« This location was PERFECT! The unit was super cute and spectacularly clean. An easy bicycle ride to either beach. I loved that I had an assigned covered parking place….that was a bonus! The host communicated by text and was available if needed. All the how-to’s were made into videos to make things super easy (how to find the unit, how to operate the locks, tv’s, thermostat, etc)It truly became my home away from home while I was there! »

« The property was super clean with high end furnishings. There was lots of natural light & pretty views. Everything was in good working order and looked fresh. The location is close to North beach. We felt a few more mixing bowls, a big enough cookie sheet for pizza, and a few more kitchen items would have been helpful. But we probably cook more than most people do on vacay. « Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the company that represents this property, Southern Bell Vacation Rentals. Several issues with the property. The ice machine in the fridge would not function properly, ice would not dispense. A nasty beer can was in the ice bin...see photo. Front entrance gate latch was broken....see phot. Missing blind slats, people from the street can see directly into the unit...see photo. The smell of human urine was very strong when we first arrived. the bed...

« I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in my life, but none that had the charm that this place had. We loved it! It's in a great locatioin with beach access just a very short walk away and is also near to restaurants. It's also a very short drive to Savannah from there. Ted the property owner was very responsive and so easy to deal with. The next time we visit Tybee Island, we will definitely book here again! »

« We loved the layout of 3 bedroom apartment and it was beautifully decorated. I like that the parking was secured and each resident had assigned parking which is included in the rental rate. The only concern that we had is that the centralized trash dump was not picked up and emptied in timely manner . Also, we had some issues in securing the front door lock. However, when we brought our concerns to the management they responded in a timely manner. The neighborhood was nice and accessible to...

« We had such a lovely time in Savannah. This place was perfect easy to walk to restaurants and coffee and Uber to where we needed to go. The hosts were a fantastic giving us amazing recommendations on things to do would definitely stay here again if we come back to Savannah, which we hope to do sometime soon! »
