Trouvez des Hôtels avec suites à Abercorn Heights

« This is a nice hotel. Well maintained, good rooms, etc. When we checked in, there was a sign suggesting that the staff is learning a new software and to be patient. I appreciated the transparency, but there were some major issues during the check in process. We arrived on the early side, and were told someone would call us after 1PM when our room was ready (never happened). We found out after standard check in time that our room with a balcony was oversold so they would put us somewhere else....
