« Clean room and a quiet location »

« The staff was wonderful and accommodating. I stayed in the 2 room studio suit and it was very clean and extremely worth the price. Friendly people and quite peaceful nights bathroom was way nicer than expected to the point I even took a relaxing bath which I never do at hotels that have a bath shower combo. I live in the city so I’ve only had stand in showers since I was a kid. I recommend the sonesta simply suites over the sonesta select hands down. »

« It was okay, But the 2nd night we heard banging on our door and it freaked me out and then the last night at 5am someone pulled the fire alarm and I guess another lady had someone banging on her door too it was creepy »

« one important reason that i booked this is because it has a 10 out of 10 rating from expedia. when i arrived there ,i realized its google map rating is like 3.5. The real property name is hidden in expedia when i booked. »

« Our hosts were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and the outdoor lighting was great, which we appreciated when coming back at night. We felt safe in this neighborhood. The kitchen was very well equipped, although the only time we used it was when making coffee. We would definitely stay with these hosts again. Barbara »

« The home was not as described. Flooring was missing. Home was heated by space heaters. They used AI to make the neighboring homes appear nicer. »

« We made it all the way to Seattle and the host claimed it was doubled booked. Meanwhile it was booked a few weeks ahead of time. The host could’ve reached out to us way before us arriving to make preparations on a refund. So unprofessional and last minute. Instead of her letting us know someone was in her place she text I’m looking forward to hosting you. Bad business I would never book here or suggest this host to anyone. »

« We had to call to get the check in information. The refrigerator in the kitchen did not work. We had to use the refrigerator in the basement. It was a huge inconvenience! Also the back patio was a little scary. Several boards need to be replaced. »

« Good option for big group »
