The night manager kicked me out without refund because my brother came up to my room with me to grab my car keys. After he already left the property, the manager told me if he didn’t furnish an ID that I would be asked to leave without refund. As he was on his way to the airport to catch a flight he was already late for, he wasn’t able to come back. Subsequently I had to leave. No refund. Not even my deposit. If this is how this place conducts business, without even a warning, I am amazed you’re still in business. Why didn’t she stop us when she noticed him going up? Why wait til after he left? Too many questions.

There was a club in or around the hotel that kept bumping music so loud you could feel it through the walls until 6AM when they stopped; i knew it was 6AM because the Freight train blew its horn at 5AM. The shower drain spit up water without being used. The area around there is ghetto. Staff were nice and doing their jobs.

Terrible hotel for only the most desperate. Smells like a pile of cigarettes in the lobby. Lots of homeless milling around the parking lot. The room had no view of the parking lot. And finally, there was some sort of horrible staining in the bathroom. I refused to stay and want a refund. The only good part was the host was nice.

It was very disappointing. The first room that I got into was not even clean. The toilet paper was on the ground in the bathroom and the bed looked like someone slept in it. When I went downstairs to let the attendant know, she did apologize, which I appreciate, and she got me a new room. This room was also dirty. The bathroom was very disgusting and it also had hair in the drain . I didn’t go back downstairs because I was extremely exhausted especially from traveling here from Wisconsin. This is very disappointing. I would NOT recommend.

The desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our disappointment was with the room and restaurant. Our room had only one bar of soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no garbage can, no kleenex, no hand towels, and the faucet in the shower was broken and made it difficult to get hot water. There was a restaurant advertised, but it only served hamburgers for dinner, no salads or other sandwiches. A true disappointment for us after a long day of travel.

Checking in was a nightmare. Our room wasn’t clean so they offered me a new room, on the pet floor. I said no. Waited another 1.5 hours for my room to be cleaned and it still wasn’t so I opted for a pet room. It was cleanish for the most part but I did have to call down to the desk because a dog was barking! We were given two towels for our stay for three days and I asked for new clean ones and they didn’t have any! The hotel is connected to a casino so it’s a very sketchy neighborhood and people standing around
