• Unit 1’s second bed is a full-size sleeper sofa located in the living room.
• Unit 2’s second bed is a full-size Murphy bed in the living area that also functions as the dedicated desk.
• Unit 1’s kitchen does not have a dishwasher. Unit 2’s kitchen includes a dishwasher.
