Despite being on the main street in Reno it was actually pretty quiet. The rooms were clean, well stocked with towels and I appreciated having a place with two bedrooms and two bedrooms. »

Three days before our trip they did not ever get back to us with info on how to access the property. Contacted VRBO to ask for refund to book something else they wouldn’t help until 3:30 on day of check in . Then they refunded and we cancelled our Christmas trip . They still list this property so they are participating in this fraudulent listing »
