This is a fair, affordable place to stay if you are flying out of RNO at 6 a.m. (as I was). The owner and management are aware of what this is, and they do with it what they reasonably can, given the revenue they receive and the obvious expense of being near the airport.

I was expecting a certain level of quality at a La Quinta and this one is far below a 'normal' La Quinta. Rooms are very shabby and the bathrooms especially. The tub/shower was particularly rundown. And the breakfast included was very low quality with broken waffle machines and little options but bad bagels and wierd/old appearing hardboiled eggs. Note: this motel abuts the freeway and can be very noisy...I got a room on the far side so be sure to request a room away from the freeway if possible.

The rooms were absolutely filthy, Wyndham should send someone out there and inspect the property. Tried a couple of different rooms all bad. There were actual food crumbs in the beds.

Pillows were not comfortable and the low battery indicator in the smoke alarm kept beeping during the entire stay; the namesake free breakfast with hardly any seating was unappealingl Very few electrical outlets to charge the phones and computers in the room. So in short, though nothing was broken, it was not a comfortable stay. No reason to come back again!

This property looked nothing like the online pictures. It is old and run down, and it not a good location. It was actually a bit scary, and super noisy as it is right on the freeway. We actually left and booked another hotel, even though the charged us for the first night. I would not recommend this hotel!

Found black curly hair in the bathroom, the sink drained reallly slowly, carpets were badly stained and the tub felt like it caved in while standing in it. The staff was really awesome and sweet though.

The guy that checked me in was very polite. It was nice to have a comfortable chair in the room. The bed was comfortable. The shower was not good. No safety bar. The water barely dribbled out. The temperature was different to control. Those items need improvement soon!!!

We viewed 3 rooms and none were acceptable. Dirty, bad smeels, urine smells, broken glass in the parking lot. Worst La Quinta I've ever been to! The staff was kind and tried 3 different rooms and after the 3rd strike, we gave up. I could not reccommend this place to my worst enemy.

I had a room with a king bed and separate living room with a pullout couch. The hotel overall is dirty and seems rundown inside. The carpets are dirty and stained. The pullout couch was stained and dirty. When I opened it to a bed, the sheets had crumbs and coins in it. The grout in the bathroom is stained and missing. The shower was squishy when standing in it. There were cigarette marks on the tub. The staff was nice. The breakfast was less than desirable. It cost $363 for 3 nights. We won’t stay again due to cleanliness.

There was a hair on the pillow, TV was broken, like screen completely shot. Everything was old. I’m not picky, but this was a rough stay. It’s a motel with outside doors, so I bolted my door. There wasn’t anywhere to plug in my phone next to my bed. And what plugs I found were loose. I had to charge my phone off my computer overnight. I don’t usually stay in a place that is rated less than an 8.5, not sure how I ended up booking this one. But Hey, you CAN walk to the airport from here.

The only thing I was not pleased with was the front desk lady that works nights. She was not very pleasant and kind of snobby.

This is our third and last time staying at this hotel. I have the worst impression the shower didn't even work so we couldn't take a bath the bathroom curtain had a terrible bad smell it had a lot of mold and an unbearable smell the truth is that I failed to request another room but my husband didn't want to we just made the decision now I will not return to this place again, I do not recommend it.

The room is very dirty, the bed is dusty and even the chair is too dirty that didn’t want to sit. The television didn’t work. I asked to fix the tv, but the guy said there were other customer waiting for help. However ,I waited for an hour still no one showed up to fix the tv. It’s too bad. I will never come back again

Terrible. Do not waste your money!
It was terrible place. It was smelling like someone was smoking weeds inside the room. Bed sheets had some wierd stains. Gross! Could not stay there. Had to go to another hotel.

Sheets with stains
The bed sheets have stains, the shower curtain is a bit stinky, the room is not clean and the ironing board is broken. Will not recommend it to anyone.

I was in the room for 2 minutes and I noticed the smoke detector chirping every two minutes I went to the front desk and told her and she said she could have someone over. While I was waiting I noticed the tv remote was not working. I could turn the tv on but could not switch channels. After 25 minutes I phoned the front desk and Jackie had to come over herself. She was excellent the only positive part of this whole experience. She realized the smoke detector could not be fixed so went and got another room key. In that room the remote for the tv was not working as well. Eventually we settled into a third room. This complex needs som serious maintenance. Everyone of the rooms the fridges need defrosting. The first room was completely plugged. The room I stayed in the bathroom needs to be gutted. The mould is embedded into the silicone and cannot be cleaned. The wall mount thermostat is non functional. I would say this is the worst place I have stayed and if I was your company I would not use this property until some serious work is done. I was in room 159. You can come check it out if you don’t believe me
