What a beautiful place! The outside of this historic home was perfectly manicured and the colors of the trees and flowers blooming added to the spring vibes. Brenda was so welcoming and took time when we arrived to tell us some history of the home and the area. She had local menus for dinner options and, knowing that we were there for a weekend of antiquing, had a brochure with all the local spots! Our room was charming, and my the bed was comfy. Breakfast was amazing, too, and we sat with Brenda and her husband Mark and shared stories. We had to leave before breakfast on the last day, but Brenda made sure we had coffee to go and some fresh fruit and bread for our drive home. Despite the beautiful landscape I didnât see an outdoor lounging spot, which wouldâve been nice, but there might have been one though I didnât ask. That wouldnât deter me from returning, though! Highly recommend this gorgeous home and its owners!!
