« I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but I think it’s very misleading that this place has a rating of 4.5 stars. I stayed for 6 nights and never once was my room cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels twice during my stay as well as toilet paper and my trash cans became so full as they were never emptied. The shower curtain was stained and dingy as it is not washed between guests and many of the blankets and pillows had stains and looked gross as I’m sure they are also not laundered with each new...

« Tout était parfait, à 10min de la station de bus. La literie est top, l’accueil parfait. Le petit déjeuner est complet, et peut être pris très tôt selon les horaires de bus. Les chambres sont encore mieux en vrai, super rapport qualité prix »

« If you decide to stay here please don’t plan on doing laundry. It is not self service, it costs more than anywhere else in Chile, and they destroyed a shirt of mine so bad that I can’t wear it anymore. When I asked for a refund I was belittled in front of other guests. Honestly my entire stay there was rather unfortunate and for what you would pay you can get a really excellent room somewhere else in Puerto Natales »

« Nous étions avec un groupe d'amis et avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel, petit mais super sympa. Accueil très agréable, chambre et salle de bain très correctes. Bon petit déjeuner. Les propriétaires nous ont beaucoup aidé pour réserver la croisière en bateau sur le lac Grey »
