« We had a great stay at this well designed house. It was very clean, comfortable & exactly as described in the listing. It had stunning sunset views from the side of the house. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but did have pedestal fans available. Wifi very minimal.We’d definitely recommend this house and would stay again. »

« Lachlan was an amazing host- friendly and great communication! House was lovely, spacious, comfortable and full of thoughtful inclusions that made it feel like home away from home. The kids absolutely loved the pool and it was so nice to be able to include our dogs in our holiday too! We will definately be returning in the future for another stay :) »

« Cody was great. He was gracious when I realised at last minute that we were supposed to exit the cottage that morning! Thank you Elli for being patient too. Cottage was ultra clean, goodies in fridge and pantry. Big yard for my dogs to relax in. Loved the large back porch. Beautifully presented cottage. Furnishings fantastic.Shopping centre with Coles-2 min drive. Cheap servo - 3 min drive on David Low Way. Everything at our fingertips. Thank you again Cody »

« The layout inside the house was excellent for our family group of 8 adults and 6 children. Kitchen well appointed. Outside - pool great, BBQ was very dirty-we had to clean before using, BBQ cleaning brush needs replacing. Outdoor decking needs repainting. Overall a great long weekend, so close to all amenities, beach, surf club »

« Not appropriate for young kids or grandparents.IE. Took the family up, to celebrate my 5yr old granddaughter's birthday: A. "On the Mary River" cannot see the river from the house. After 100 m walk, one cannot access the river down a steep slope, directly into deep water.B. Amazingly high Cubby House agile 5yr old loved it, but too dangerous for 2.5 yr old, who then needed to be watched all the time »

« The property was suited and welcoming to our pets. The pool was clean, but difficult to keep clean with the surrounding bamboo trees and leaf litter. The water feature, tables, stools, and lounge in the under cover area needs a tidy up. The pond located on the right side at the rear of the property is not suitable as it was still water sitting, was dirty and a place where mosquitoes would breed. The gates were very suitable and private with children and dogs kept safe and secure. »

« The house is located close to all amenities and only a short walk from the beach. Being on a canal and having direct access for water activities was perfect. The property has everything you need for a short or long stay, in particular the kitchen is superbly appointed. The kids bunk room, games room, pool with waterslide and kayaks are perfect for families. The host was very responsive to a couple of minor issues and they were quickly resolved.Overall this is one of the best holiday homes I have...
