Discover the epitome of coastal living at this Shelly Beach townhouse, just steps from the beach. This split-level gem has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a shared pool. Relax in style in the undercover seating area by the pool or enjoy meals in the courtyard's alfresco space. The townhouse embodies a coastal chic vibe, offering a seamless blend of comfort & seaside charm. With the sounds of waves in the background & glimpses of the ocean from the balcony, this holiday retreat is the ideal escape.
The Space:
Nestled on the foreshore of Shelly Beach, this charming townhouse spans across three levels, offering a delightful coastal retreat. As you enter the home you’re welcomed by an inviting open plan kitchen, dining, and coastal living room, complete with AC, plush sofa, and a smart TV. Adjacent to the dining area for six is a well-equipped kitchen, ensuring convenience for meal preparation, while a separate laundry and toilet enhance practicality within the space. Step outside to the courtyard, featuring an alfresco dining table and BBQ, ideal for enjoying meals in the sea breeze. Outside to the front of the home you can relax by the beautiful pool area, where the shaded seating area is the perfect spot to unwind. The pool area also features a large umbrella offering respite from the sun. Continuing onto the top floor, the townhouse reveals three cosy bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely seating area with a sofa on the landing.
Bedroom One (Master Bedroom):
The master bedroom, featuring a queen bed opens out onto the balcony which boasts sea glimpses to the north and a cosy seating area overlooking the pool, ideal for your morning coffee spot. Complete with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom, this bedroom provides a comfortable and luxurious retreat by the sea.
Bathroom One (Master Ensuite)
The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom Two:
Fitted out with a comfortable queen bed, this room a ceiling fan and wardrobe space.
Bathroom Two:
This bathroom features a combined shower/bath, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom three:
Complete with a single bed and a trundle bed, this room features a ceiling fan and wardrobe space.
Laundry:
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, outdoor clothes lines and an adjacent toilet.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances and utensils, making cooking while on holiday easier than ever.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse excluding the garage, there is space to park one car on the driveway. There is also free street parking available. Please note the pool area is shared with the adjacent townhouse when occupied.
The Neighborhood:
Located across from the foreshore of Shelly Beach, the home is just steps away from the sand. The closest patrolled beach is Kings and Dicky Beach which are both a short drive away. The home is located within walking distance to Moffat Beach where there is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all within close proximity. Shelly Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of walking and cycling tracks.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 13-minute walk to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings, no guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This property has security cameras which monitor the driveway and external entrance.
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please no events or smoking is permitted at any time.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
