Would have preferred a slightly more plush bed, it was quite firm for us and I would have preferred to have been able to talk to someone either upon check-in or when I called earlier in the day to let them know we would be arriving later. We were confused about the check out time as the site and the in-room binder stated 11 but the document with our key stated 10 and we didn’t how to request a later check out. But...

« Our stay at the Interlaken Inn was wonderful! Owner Casey and staff member Heather could not have been friendlier or more responsive to our requests and comfort. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we could want. Our room was beautiful and breakfast in the morning was much better than your typical continental offerings! « Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :) »
