« I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully. « 3 nuits passées, tout était parfait . L'accueil est charmant, bons conseils pour visiter la ville, ryokan idéalement situé à 3 mn à pieds du marché couvert central. Chambre très propre et confortable, futons de très bonne qualité. Douches très spacieuses (anciens bains). Le ménage était fait chaque jour. Thé et eau fraîche à disposition, possibilité de prendre un café. Le gérant a également pris la peine de lister les bons restaurants aux alentours du ryokan (dans un rayon de 10 mn à pieds)....

« It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. »

« The room was everything I dreamed of having in an Onsen. It was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. We chose the room with the western beds and found it quite comfortable and very spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Spoke English well, and the food was amazing. The presentation of both our breakfast and dinner was a beautiful display of Japanese aesthetics. We loved the mineral bath, and we love the fact that we had an indoor and an outdoor mineral pool. »
