"In general, the hotel is nice and comfortable and the staff is nice but I was a bit disappointed by the Junior Suite which in fact is just a normal double room with a sofa. Moreover the hotel pretends to be a 4 or 5 stars and it really has the potential for that but few things are missing in the room like a complementary water, slippers, bathrobe and some accessories."

"En nuestro paso de 10 días por el hotel pudimos constatar que: El personal es muy gentil, y respetuoso. La terraza súper agradable en las noches. La vista desde nuestra habitación simplemente ESPECTACULAR. Tenemos dos decepciones: no hay insonorización, el sector es muy ruidoso y al interior del hotel hay vecinos que que gritan de habitación a habitación, juegan en los pasillos hasta altas horas de la noche y en las mañanas súper temprano golpean puertas juegan en los pasillos y todo se escucha como si estuvieran dentro de nuestra habitación. El servio de masaje fue decepcionante."
