I was driving from Montreal with my kids and a small pet and I called at Comfort Suites last minutes to reserved for 11 nights because we were moving on Regina and we just learn that my husband had to be hospitalized for health issue and the Comfort Suites give is a huge warm welcome to the hotel. The staff is amazing, the manager super comprehensive and the Roma was always clean, fresh and clam. Thank you again for all your support.

Its close proximity to a major highway makes it very easy to access. All the major stores are very close as well.

The only issue I had with my stay was when we got there the bath vanity sink did not drain. Went and told front desk right away and they said they would have maintenance address it in the am when we were not there. Got back to room later that day and nothing was addressed. Went down to the desk to mention this and that I should not be charged and they said I would not so that is good but had to deal with a sink that did not drain. That is it!

Front deak was awful! No towels! Rude when we asked for things! Floors dirty! Pool was gross, hot tub was cold, water silde was broke! Room was gross bedding had blood stains !

The property was clean. We had problems with the room keys, half the time they didn’t work on our door. Every time I approached the front desk the staff looked like they were getting ready to get yelled at again, even though it was always a simple request. This would not be my first choice next time I’m in Regina.

This is in the very north west of Regina and it is so convenient to get to. We had a really nice room and very comfortable beds. Staff was great. Loved the lemon infused water that was available.

I like that it is on out skirts of city and the traffic noise was minimal. Last night there was a few children in halllway being loud and going from one room to another

I loved the size of the room and the comfort and the space. We were comfortable with space to move. I did not appreciate kids running and yelling up n down the hallway at all hours of the night. During the day is fine for them to do this…but early morning and all hours of the night is not acceptable.

A friend and I came to scrapbook in our room as a retreat got canceled. It was roomy enough, comfortable enough and quiet on the edge of the city. Very relaxing.

The water slide was so exciting then a huge disappointment when we arrived. Super expensive for a meh room and super boring and lame pool/ water slide. Definitely won’t be spending that money again for a 4 pm check in. 200$ a night for literally 19 hour stay. Not worth it!! Find something better for your buck! And the parking was awful too
