« This is a great value for the price, especially for a two-bedroom ADU in Redwood City. « The house was in a great location and super cute but could definitely use a deep cleaning (dirty under beds and between couch cushions) and some of the furniture and appliances need some repairs. The microwave did not work and one of the downstairs bedrooms bed frame was broken. You have access to a driveway which is nice but the residents of the unit behind the house blocked us in one morning, which they aren’t supposed to park there. We would stay there again. »

« The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own. »
