« The breakfast was bad. Everything tasted reheated from the day before. The scrambled eggs were water down and tasted nasty. The bacon was old and and reheated, hard as shoe leather. The fruit was old and tasted like it sat in the fridge for days. Me and the wife will be back. This experience was way better then the Greek town casino. But we will not be included breakfast in next stay, that was a wast of money. »

« Door was beat up for closing, I was denied breakfast even though it was paid for as part of affirm pkg, there were grooves in tub with grit and even though I tried to clean it before using it didn’t work. Channels were limited with no WiFi even though room was supposed to come with WiFi. »

« Unfortunately, the hotel is under construction and wasn’t aware of it until we arrived to check in. Even though the staff was excellent, just wasn’t able to use much of anything. It’s a good thing the property is getting renovated, the lobby is in bad shape and all the furniture was clearly worn out. »

« When we arrived at the hotel Friday evening, it smelled like smoke both inside and outside of our room. It was loud and people (other guests I and assuming) were shouting on premises. My family and I did not feel safe staying there. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and told us we could cancel our reservation. I called the hotel today and was told that they indeed did cancel our reservation and have not collected any money for our stay/reservation. I would like to request a...
