« From reading the reviews and viewings the photos I had a great feeling about the property and felt it really suited the escape I had in mind. And it surpassed all my expectations. The view and idyllic setting of the property, the cosiness of the cottage and the communication/instructions from the owner and responsiveness was all exceptional. I can see why it has so many returning guests. The guest book was great for tips on where to see the wildlife and where to visit. I can't wait to return....

« Angie is a lovely warm welcoming lady , nothing was a bother , only staid one night as was having a meal in the Fox Covert next door which is really great place , The cottage was a propped cottage feel , and could sleep upto 6 but was only the two of us , proper kitchen and shower n toilet was compact but everything you needed , lovely place to stay and will be back , also location is good for all local amenities and local attractions, Thank you »

« The perfect remote get away, situated in a valley with perfect views of farms and hillsides in every direction there is no better place to become removed from the world, the hosts were friendly and the cottage was perfect for a couple or a single stay. there is nothing you can say that goes against this location. the only thing i would take on board is it is the very definition of isolated. there are no local shops, signal or places of urban life. but this is exactly what we needed and enjoyed,...

« Beautifully renovated cottage with comfortable bed and modern washroom. Conveniently located for exploring Guisborough and helpful guidebook with suggestions for the kids and adults. The grocery store is a 5-minute block away also. Andy was very helpful and easy to communicate with. »
