I liked the walkability to dining and the west end. The room smelled like moth balls. It was clean except for the soap holder in the tub. They didnt chack and make sure the breakfast items were stocked thru the whole breakfast.the check in worker was over whelmed with work stating how behind she was. And the checkout guy was unkept, and stinky. Not very professional. Ice machine not working. To much money for 160 a night should be more of a 80 dollar a night room

Very nice clean, and well kept property. The person that checked us in said he was new, he went through the basic motions and that was it.

The lobby did not smell good. It just had an old smell to eat. Maybe putting some kind of air freshener in lobby would be helpful. Room was clean and was happy with it for the price.

Good Location
We stayed here for 4 days, and it was comfortable except for the king-sized bed, it was hard and uncomfortable to sit on and watch TV. There are many great places to eat close by. Some within blocks.

Very clean, modern looking hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. Though next to busy highway the rooms were quiet. Modern kitchen and relaxing area in front of a warm fire. Staff were professional! Will stay again without hesitation!

Quiet, convenient to family in Red Wing. Didn't have a pool but grandkids not with us. Continental breakfast had the basics and an omelet maker.

Air conditioning did not work heat was on the whole time. It was so hot it was uncomfortable and we could not sleep. I went to front desk to ask for a couple things of toothpaste and was only given one, the person behind the desk at that time didn’t see like he wanted to work.

Cozy, clean and quite
Got a nice room upgrade from the computer not recognizing what room we picked on hotels .com so we got upgraded to a suite. Very clean lobby and room, comfortable bed and so quiet which is the best part. Really lovely place to stay in Red Wing

Good hotel at a good price
The hotel was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The price was right too. I will stay again if I'm in Red Wing

On check in front desk would only talk to my husband and I was ignored. Bathroom tub was dirty. Breakfast area was dirty hot plates filthy. I will not stay here again.
