The property was amazing!! Beautiful location, with a beautiful view from the front porch. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Beds are comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay and we will be back!

Perfect!
Amazing place. My kids said this was the best vacation they've ever had. This was their first time in Red River so I wanted them to be able to see the fireworks without having to stand out in the cold or walk a long way. It was awesome to be able to watch though the window from the kitchen table!

Great ski vacation
Everything went as well as expected…had a wonderful stay. We were happy that two nights it snowed about 6 inches. We were sad that no one cleared the snow from the porch or steps. Since no snow shovel was to be found, I used the (indoor) broom to clear a path to the car…probably ruined the broom, but had to do something. Otherwise, great in every way. Ray B

Beautiful Condo
This is a beautiful condo! Exceeded expectations! Restaurants and shops are within walking distance and the ski resort is only a drive of a couple of minutes. My only criticism is communication with the person/company designated as the official contact. I tried on 2 separate occasions to contact them with questions and they never responded. Other than that everything was perfect.

Can't say enough good things...
We were driving from Oklahoma to the property for a 4 night stay when a freak blizzard came through stranding us in Clayton, NM. All of the roads out of Clayton were closed due to heavy snow and multiple vehicle pile ups. When the roads were not reopened by midday the next day and authorities were unable to provide a timeline on reopening the roads, we elected to go back home. We worked with the local property management and then the property owners, who were gracious enough to refund our payment. Can't say enough thanks and will definitely try to book their property in the future.

Nice modern place for the fam !
The condo had what the fam needed to feel at home! We were able to cook breakfast before we started our snow activities and back for dinner. Cookware was clean, had a Kuerig, fridge and microwave were nice, clean condition. We enjoyed the convenient location of a grocery market and access to red river ski area,red.river sled rental/tours, and good restaurants. Although need.to keep in mind some restuarants are not open during the weekday, which was fine with us because we were able to eat at the condo.

Affordable condo in good location
The condo was updated and overall ok. Internet was not available, even though the property manager did her best to come up with a solution. Also, the front room stayed very cold due to a large gap under the front door, a front window that didn't close well and a baseboard heating unit that wasn't working. Fortunately, the bedrooms stayed nice and warm and the fireplace did help warm up the living area and kitchen nicely. The location and price were great. Nina, the property manager did her best to assist and was super polite and responsive.

The perfect getaway at the Ski Hive
The “Ski Hive” did not disappoint! The location, the decor, the easiness of booking and everything in between were fantastic. We loved the little touches to the condo! Every inch of the place was utilized and it was perfect! The bar area in the kitchen was the perfect touch for a fun adult getaway! We will definitely be back in the future and look forward to many more stays here!

This place is 10 out of 10!!!
The place was amazing and it had a great Mountain View. It was very clean and very updated and modern compared to other places around the area. Also the host Nina was amazing, she answered any questions we had and checked with us daily to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely be booking again next year!!!
