Auberges à Rayville

« Staff was very friendly, helpful. Rooms not very well maintained. Not very clean. Breakfast was not really breakfast. Lobby area too small. »

« We love staying here! We love the spa and just everything about the hotel! »

« BEAUTIFUL, charming space! Hands down, a much more quiet and affordable option than a room at the nearby Elms. Safe, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Would absolutely stay again! »

« Cozy house near downtown/The Elms. Clean, comfortable beds, perfect for a sister weekend get away. »

« Cet hôtel ne mérite pas la cote de 8 mais plutôt entre 5-6 maximum. Pour un passage une nuit c’est correct sans plus. Corridors bruyants, salle de bain très petite, plusieurs bris dans notre chambre (table de chevet, chaise de bureau). »

« Beautiful hotel. Very clean. The staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. »

« The place was as shown. The host was very easy to communicate with and very willing to show us the whole property. Unfortunately, we had other commitments so weren’t able to enjoy all the property offered. We would enjoy staying here again. »

« This was a beautiful and unique apartment. We were only there for one night, but I would have loved to check out all of the cute shops below. »

« Clean room staff, was very nice and the breakfast was great »

« Okay. »

« Room was basic but very clean. Breakfast was very busy and could have had more options. Closes very early at 9. However it was very delicious and we were able to eat before hitting the road. »

« Property was fairly rundown and there was a big truck stop right across the road so it was noisy »

« Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite....

« L’accueil a été inexistant, pas un mot. Nous avons donné nos documents et après contrôle le réceptionniste nous a donné la carte de la chambre sans un mot, sans aucune information. L’hôtel est envahi par des groupes de dizaines d’enfants avec quelques accompagnateurs, ça courrait dans tous les sens, dans tous les étages. Les parties communes ne sont pas très propres, la chambre est convenable. Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous avons retrouvé les groupes d’enfants, donc c’était compliqué...

« The property was great! »

« Hotel pratique si l'on doit rester sur Iola. Sinon pas grand chose a Iola »

« Shower was hot but tub was so slippery it was hard to stand. Broken fitness equipment was dangerous to use. Hot breakfast but the coffee machine was broken. Direct tv service but the tv was plugged into the desk lamp, not the wall outlet. We regret staying there. »
