Excellent rapport qualité/prix
Arrivés tard, partis tôt, étape idéale entre Denver et le Yellowstone. Au milieu de nulle part mais tout petit prix par rapport à l'excellent état de la chambre et de l'hôtel. On peut même manger à n'importe quelle heure au restaurant attenant sans avoir à reprendre sa voiture

New place really nice. They need a sign for check in. You have to go in the great little diner next to the motel to check in.

I felt unsafe, the property was run down, the 24 hour diner was only open to check in to the hotel - there was no dining service.

Great place to stop and rest
We checked in late at 11 pm and the lady on staff was extremely efficient and helpful. Room was clean and nice, bathroom wasn’t dirty but could use a thorough cleaning. Only thing I wished for was body wash luckily I had some in my toiletries.

Picked/reserved this place to sleep/eat halfway to our destination (after 13 hrs driving) All is good with hotel/location/etc… The problem IS: NO FREE BREAKFAST as advertised. False advertisement about a diner/restaurant at location(well, there is but only open for breakfast at 8:30am… Breakfast and diner were exactly WHY we chose this hotel…

Rawlins
Rooms were adequate. This hotel seems to cater to oil field workers. They had many "crew" facilities. The "24 Hour Diner" was not open 24 hrs. nor for dinner. Rooms are fine though. This property has no front desk or lobby.

When I tried to check in at the hotel the guy who was suppose to check us in was on a shuttle run. We had to wait for his return to check in. Then got to our room the smoke alarm battery was needing changed and it beeped and they had no one to come fix it. I will not book here again

We got there super late and the staff was super understanding and friendly. Our room was super clean and quiet. We all slept great after a long day of driving.

The hotel was in a safe area and the check in staff was friendly. The sink was cracked, as well as the tub. We didn’t discover until the following morning that only 1 bath towel had been supplied for the 2 of us.

not worth the price
No front desk for check in, had to go to the diner next door. Person was on the phone on a personal call and did not bother to greet. The diner was grim, seems as if all the staff walked out. Food was prepackaged and dining hours did not fit our schedule. Was supposed to be open 24 hours, instead closed early.

Great overnight stay
Check in was great, beds were really comfortable, shower was good with good water pressure. Towels were really soft. Which is not the case in 90% of hotels.

Quite a wait to get checked in, the desk clerk/diner waitress had to leave the area. Reservation was made for a queen bed. These are not queen beds. It was clean and thw room was comfortable, althought it was not as advertised. Diner that is associated with the hotel was not good. Took forever for food and it was filthy. Would definitely not recommend the diner.

Quick and easy off the highway for a quick night passing by. Diner is conveniently located next to hotel. Check -in desk is in the diner :) Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. It was a hdcp room so the shower was a little awkward but over all everything was good.

This property was clean inside and we felt safe while we were there. The window air conditioner gave an odor that came into room that was not appealing to the senses. We were given a handicap shower which we did not request. This was not a good set up for us as it made the showering experience difficult and water going everywhere into bathroom floor while we were in a second story room. Your check in desk is in a diner that is located in front of the property. We called staff on TV problem which they came up and took care of for us. I would probably not go back to this hotel. It was clean and safe but not what we would consider to our standards.

No glasses or even a plastic cup in the room. 1st time I have had that happen. Also upon arrival they said my reservation was cancelled!?! I never did this and Now I am getting no where with help to refund my first reservation including Expedia. I have been a member and rented many properties on Expedia but I am done ever doing business with Expedia!

No breakfast
The staff was friendly and the check in was in the restaurant diner. The hotel was all we needed but when I looked up Rawlins, Wy Baymont hotel it boasts a free breakfast which was why I booked this hotel, the price was comparable to others but this one had free breakfast on their website. This was not true and we were very disappointed. If you’re not wanting a free breakfast it’s a convenient stop on Interstate 80.

We had Confirmed Reservations! When we arrived they had no room for us! And they were no help finding one. Expedia customer service was able to find us a room near by.
