« Rosebank is a very clean, comfortable cottage. Lovely views across to the hills at the back & pheasants & lots of birds visit the garden.Very handy for the Coledale Inn, & the Royal Oak & 5 minutes in the car to Keswick if you want to try something different like Thai food at the the Star of Siam. We have stayed there frequently & will definitely go again. Many thanks. »

« We had a lovely stay here, perfect location for walks, pubs/restaurants, Keswick town. The cottage had everything we needed and more, loved the garden for our dog and very comfy bed. »

« Accommodation clean and tidy. Keys a little hard to find at the beginning for entry as there are many 'front porches'. In a nice area with mountain views and easy access to Whinlatter and Keswick and surrounding area. »

« This is a top notch cottage in terms of position, so near great walking and good food. Very comfortable, plenty of hot water, warm and cosy, enough comfy seats for everyone! The kitchen is well equipped but if you are going for more than a weekend, I would recommend taking dish washing tabs, washing up liquid etc or pick it up from the village shop which is at the end of the lane. If you're around for Sunday lunch, I can heartily recommend The Coledale Inn, we had a fabulous meal there. I »

« A very comfortable apartment with spacious accommodation and well equipped kitchen plus extras such laundry facilities. The lounge and dining area is good. The bedroom is large with very comfortable bed and everything needed. The bathroom is beautifully done with large walk in shower. The only observation I would make for the benefit of others is that the two sets of stairs might be tricky for some. Booking was easy and customer service excellent with friendly and helpful staff. »

« Spacious property, within walking distance of town. Did report that bins were overflowing outside with black bags piled high both on the floor and on top of the bins on two occasions (appeared bins had not been cleared for weeks). Some areas of 5he property were a little dusty otherwise clean. The kitchen is rather small for a property of its size making it a bit difficult to have more than one person using it at a time, and bath a bit tight to get in/out of. Beds comfy. »
