Super séjour à Villa Piedimonte. Notre chambre était confortable et propre, la piscine très agréable sans oublier la vue à couper le souffle. Le parking gratuit est un gros plus ! Le personnel était également très avenant. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Chouette hôtel, avec une partie neuve dont les chambres sont super spacieuses sans parler des salles de bains ! Dommage que nous n’ayons pas eu la vue mer avec l’offre hotel.com... Sinon super vue depuis la grande piscine avec terrasse... petit dej très bien et personnel pro et gentil. Après comme pour tous les hôtels de la côte amalfitaine en août, le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas au rendez-vous vu la majoration pratiquée...

Mise à disposition d'une suite (chambre + salon) offrant une vue idéale sur toute la côte depuis la terrasse privative. Aucun souci au niveau du service, impeccable. Pas assez de temps pour tester la piscine malheureusement. Petit-déjeuner très complet. Petit bémol : un peu à l'écart du centre-ville, nécessitant 10 minutes de marche avec un escalier un peu raide

Un hôtel parfait !
L'hôtel se situe très près du centre de Ravello, il dispose d'un parking fermé gratuit, ce qui est très appréciable pour ce petit village. Nous avons eu la chance, en arrivant, d'être surclassés dans une suite. Notre chambre était parfaite, rien ne manquait. Nous disposions d'un petit salon canapé, bureau avec terrasse, à côté notre chambre à coucher avec un très grand lit et une vue magnifique vue sur la mer et la côte amalfitaine, et enfin, une immense salle de bain avec jacuzzi et douche. La décoration était épurée, contemporaine, de bon goût et la chambre très propre. L'hôtel se compose de plusieurs petits blocs, il est très calme, pas de bruit des voisins. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, sucré, salé avec surtout de merveilleuses pâtisseries napolitaines notamment les fameux sfoglatelli. Le personnel était très sympathique, accueillant et nous a donné des conseils pour nos visites. En résumé, c'est hôtel est vraiment parfait pour un séjour sur la côte amalfitaine !

El servicio top. Son muy atentos y agradables. El hotel está a 5 min del centro pero al ser en cuesta hay un shuttle gratuito aunque nosotros íbamos andando a todos lados. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Property was in a great location, close to Ravello town square. Our room had beautiful views of Minori and Maiori with a lovely terrace. However it was on the bottom floor of the second villa, which was annoying to deal with due to our heavy luggage. Food quality was lacking (average at best) and they mentioned they “ran out” of the room service breakfast when we initially ordered but then they delivered it 30 minutes later. Air conditioning (cooling) does not work, the whole hotel is set to either heating or cooling but not both. Thus we had to use our own portable cooling fan. Beds were comfy, soft or firm pillows available, wifi was awful. Overall, a decent stay for the price and location but I wouldn’t come here again.

We loved our stay at this property. The view from our room was amazing. The location was perfect. The shuttle would drop us off at the city center and we would walk back. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. Christian who was at the pool in the afternoon was very helpful in assisting us with a dining recommendation and also find a store so we could replace a lost cord needed for our cellphone. Breakfast in the morning was great too.

The shower is not easily accessible for older individuals. Getting in and out of the bath tub/shower was extremely difficult. Slipped twice hurting my knee. Also use of cleaning materials is not eco friendly and especially for those with sensitivity to smells. The room had very strong smell of cleaner and we requested the floors to be washed with water to remove the smell.

Beautiful views and wonderful staff. Breakfast was a nice selection everyday only company was it’s hard to find GPS sends you on a wild goose chase . Maybe a flag at the gate or a sandwich board outside during the day would be helpful

This hotel is very nice and the view is breathtaking!! The staff was all around very friendly and helpful and even though it’s not right in the centre of Ravello there is a free shuttle or it’s also a close walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hote! Thanks again!!

Really lovely hotel on the cliffside with amazing views. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel is in a great location with a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Ravello. The receptionists were super helpful, printed off our tickets for Pompeii and we had complementary snacks and drinks on arrival which was a nice touch. This is a really great hotel but we don't feel we could give 5 stars as there were some minor annoyances during our stay. We went to sit by the pool for a drink late afternoon and no one was tending the bar. We waited 10 minutes before going down to ask reception if the bar was open and was informed it was. Went back up to the pool, still no one on the bar so we went back to our room and ordered drinks to there instead. The rooms are lovely and clean. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room - very nice, modern furniture but not enough closet space. Could do with some drawers. The bedroom had a cool TV that came up out of the cupboard at the end of the bed but no signal and therefore not usable. Free wifi but the signal wasn't great in our room. As we were there for a few nights, these didn't feel like huge problems but had we been staying for a week or more, these would have felt frustrating - particularly the lack of storage. We certainly enjoyed our stay and want to say a warm thank you to the staff.

This hotel is a bit of a challenge to get to by car but we made it. Once we arrived we were warmly greeted. The room was clean and modern and tastefully decorated. And the view is awesome! There was a beautiful orchid in the coffee table. Also I really commend the hotel in its eco friendly policies. No wasteful single use water bottles! The water in Italy is excellent. There is no place for that plastic trash. So bravo to the hotel.

I booked a room that Expedia listed as having two beds; however, there was only one king bed. The hotel informed me that this is Expedia's mistake, as this room never had two beds. Expedia needs to update their description of the room so avoid confuion.
