The almost 450-year-old property, originally an old mill, was completely and patiently restored over the years and is now available for the rental market for the first time ever with a totally new look.
The old mill is a 2-story building and the Lemon Garden Villa is located in the top portion of the place featuring a huge terrace and a lemon garden.
The property also offers a small, private, gated parking area for two cars, located just outside the front door a real plus in the Amalfi Coast. The entrance level of the villa has a foyer where guests can relax or plan their day before leaving the property to explore the beautiful surroundings.
After the beautiful staircase with original wooden beams, the top floor is completely available for guest use and its organized to respect each of the guests privacy: every room has its own ensuite bathroom.
The first space is designed to be like a studio: a beautiful open space with a double bedroom that opens up on a small dining area and a separate kitchen, even if, with the 200sq roof terrace we highly doubt that anyone would want to dine in!
A hallway separates this side of the house from the other two bedrooms, one of them also has direct access to the terrace.
The terrace offers various dining tables and sun umbrellas si that guests can both relax and have a space to enjoy an authentic al fresco meal.
