Kia orana Thanks for your review and for staying with us. The spa room is set up onsite next to our General Manager's office. I am sorry that you had difficulty with making a booking. As your review us anonymous I do not know when you stayed. As detailed on our web site massages need to be pre-booked. We then book our masseuse. The problem could have been the holiday period. Our General Manager is normally onsite Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 p.m. and part-time over the weekend There are however other staff on-site who are available to assist. We have a phone in our reception villa which can be used to make bookings. We are trying to find an application we can apply over our pool tiles.
