« Everything about The Overlook was perfect! We were in town for our oldest grandson’s high school graduation and a mini-family reunion. The house was spotless when we arrived with everything we needed. The kitchen was open with a large table for meals and family card games, there was plenty of seating in the upstairs living room and basement family room. « The home is nice and in a beautiful location. We were allowed to check in early and departed early. One snafu: housekeeping had not followed the previous renters so house was not ready. I worked with owner and she was communicative and helpful and made monetary compensation for my having to clean. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay. »

« This is our 4th holiday home family vacation and by far the best. This home is made for making memories. Although located in Rapid City, you would never know once you check in. The scenic beauty looking out the back at the deer is wonderful. The house itself is beyond comparson to the other homes offered. It simply is luxurious fun!! The pool, swim spa, game rooms, home gym, i cant think of anything it's missing. The bar has been set on this one! »
