About the property:
The house is located on the west side of Rapid City providing easy access to Canyon Lake Park and Meadowbrook Golf Course. It It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer.
What guests love about our listing:

What some guests don't love about our listing:
➥There is some potential for traffic noise. The house is located on a fairly busy street. The traffic is much lighter during the evening/night and isn't very noticeable while in the house.
Our home sleeps eights guests with three queen beds and one double/full sized sofa sleeper.
➥All beds complete with fresh sheets changed between each guest and extra blankets and pillows.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances.
Other details to note:
-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time.
-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old.
-We are dog friendly (limit of 2) but we do not allow any other types of pets. Make sure you pick up your dog poop and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins.
- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund.
- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $500, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
