As local Rapid City residents, we proudly own and manage this home. We believe in providing personal attention and a local's touch to ensure you have a wonderful experience. We are available to assist with any questions or needs that arise during your stay, but we respect your privacy and will only interact as much or as little as you prefer. Guests will have full access to the house and the 38 acres of property with the exception of the two structures (workshop and storage barn).

Spacious 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath house with full sized living and dining areas which include seating for 10, foosball and air hockey tables and game table to play cards or board games.

This 38 acre property borders the Black Hills National Forest directly to the south. You may access the Black Hills NF by crossing the property barbed wire fence at your own risk.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

No Parties — And We Mean It. Absolutely NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or LARGE GATHERINGS are allowed on the property at any time. The only individuals authorized to be on the property during Quiet Hours are those guests who are included in the reservation and those who have received pre-approval from us, the owners and managers of the property.
Any unauthorized visitors during Quiet Hours, regardless of how long they are on the property or if they come in a group or in one’s and two’s, will be treated as overnight guests and may result in additional charges and/or an immediate termination of the booking without refund,
The property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.

No Pets: Due to severe owner/staff allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.

Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.

Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings. The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.
