« Overall good »

« Everything was excellent including staff. It was a lot of fun driving off road and than coming to your apartment with the tremendous view.. Highly recommended if you love adventure and nature.. »

« Views are good all around. They provide complimentary heater »

« Decent hotel »

« From booking through the return from our excursion, the overall experience was excellent. The property is well maintained and professionally managed, with staff who are welcoming and attentive from arrival. Consistent with what one might expect from an ITC-associated property, Storii blends local cultural touches with attentive hospitality and quality cuisine. The newly built rooms combine local design with modern amenities and offer scenic views of the apple valley. One area for improvement:...

« We had a wonderful time , the only thing we missed was pool ! »

« Wonderful location, staff , services ... great for family »

« Overall stay in Surya Vilas was good supported by good weather and climate. The last 2 kms of the approach road to hotel is very challenging and needs improvement. The quality of food was OK though on some occasion, Chef Takchand and Staff Aarati served delicious food. Mr. Bhajan in reception has provided local inputs and nearby market and attractions. Can be rated as 4 Star. »

« Very very steep & long driveway — served our food order to someone else in front of us & when confronted they chose not to charge us — awful experience Lot of construction going on in the living quarters area. My 85 year old mother was with me — too many up & down stairs — only way to access the rooms. Not convent for us. »
