We are very disappointed that you did not mention any of the room flaws whilst in-house or when you advised us that you would leave a day early due to your sick pet. When we spoke (I have checked the Reception cctv recording), you were very complimentary about the room and motel and your stay, and did not mention or request a refund regarding your decision to cut your trip short... Issues highlighted in your room: 1. Had you mentioned your concerns after your first night, we would have been happy to accommodate you in another room. 2. As part of our maintenance program, we had already arranged for an electrician to replace ALL the relays in the switch panels - and this work will be carried out this week to eliminate any humming / noise. 3. This is first time any issues have been highlighted about our double glazed windows/doors, in your, or any other room - (noted about the bathroom window and we will address - thank you for bringing this to our attention) we will take action to determine how best to rectify any draughts. We do hope you had a safe trip home and having had pets ourselves, we do appreciate your circumstances.
