We’re thrilled to welcome you to our charming, spacious 6 bed house in Ramsgate, located just moments from the sea and all that the town has to offer.
We’ve taken your feedback seriously and made some thoughtful updates throughout the house, with a refresh and redecoration completed in January 2025. Whether you're a returning guest or staying with us for the first time, we’re excited to welcome you to a space that’s more comfortable, stylish and welcoming than ever.
We operate a strict NO PARTIES policy and require a lead guest age of 25+ for all bookings.
Nestled on the picturesque West Cliff, our gorgeous home, previously owned by famous actor Will Hays, is full of character. Meticulously designed for the comfort and convenience of our guests, featuring a TV in every bedroom, and a hot drinks station on every floor.
Boasting an ideal location, our home offers a serene retreat for those eager to embrace coastal living while discovering the treasures of East Kent. Just a leisurely stroll along the seafront will take you to the enchanting Ramsgate Harbour, lined with historic architecture and lush foliage, and the vibrant town centre, where an array of restaurants, shops, and attractions await your exploration
The property contains a total of 5 bedrooms, an office with an additional bed, kitchen, dining room, 4 bathrooms and a private patio garden with seating.
House Layout:
Ground Floor Enter the property on the ground floor. The hallway leads on to our large double lounge, containing a TV area with comfy corner sofa, and a social lounge with sofa, armchairs and wooden chairs, as well as a decorative fireplace and drinks cooler. Further down the hallway is an office room, containing a desk and chair, lamp, monitor screen, radio and an additional fold out bed. Basement Downstairs in the basement, you will discover a dining room with a large dining table and chairs. Adjacent is the kitchen, equipped with the essentials you need for home cooking, such as a fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, toaster and kettle. Through the doors in the dining room, step out onto our private patio garden. Featuring a sun umbrella and outdoor dining table with chairs. There is also a fire pit and a barbeque, making it the perfect spot to spend sunny afternoons or relax and reflect on your day’s adventures. Across the hallway is a bedroom, containing a comfy double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall shelving, mirror and TV. Attached is a small en suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. First Floor Upstairs you will find a large double bedroom at the front of the house, featuring large bay windows, a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobes, and a TV, as well as a dedicated working area with desk and chair. Across the hall is another smaller double bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and office chair with a working surface and lamp, as well as a TV. Between the 2 bedrooms there is a bathroom, with a gorgeous freestanding bathtub, toilet and sink. In the hallway, there is a small station for making hot drinks with a kettle. Second Floor Up on the second floor, the first bedroom contains a comfy double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with office chair, mirror, lamp and TV. The second bedroom contains the same as above, however it also has a small private balcony which looks out the front of the house over the street. Next to this is another bathroom, containing a large overhead shower, toilet and sink. In the hallway is another hot drinks station, as well as a desk area with chair, which could be used as a working space or vanity area. You will have access to the entire property. I won’t be around but Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need. We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is just a 6 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. The property does not provide allocated parking spaces, however free local parking is usually easy to find on our street, or at busier times, within a few minutes walk to the house on neighbouring streets. There is also a paid carpark nearby for busier times.
Guests will have entire access to the property and private garden.
Other things to note ●Lead guest must be 25+, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund otherwise ●Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. ●Pets are permitted at the property for an additional charge of £55 per stay to cover deep cleaning. 2 pets maximum ●A travel cot can be provided for your stay at an additional cost of £45 per stay. Please request this at the time of booking in order to confirm availability. Guests must bring their own cot bedding. ●Parties and smoking will not be tolerated- an extra fee of £250 will apply should any house rules be broken. ●DURING YOUR STAY- My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
