Upon arriving there was no one at the front desk to give us access. I messaged host 2 times in a 45-minute period before we received a reply. When I explained there was nobody at the desk and we were not able to get keys, we never heard from the host again. They never messaged us throughout the entire stay to see what happened. We were there for over 2 and a half hours before the person on the next shift came in and helped us. The check in instructions showed parking was free and that was not completely true. Parking is only free on weekends and certain times during the night. The listing said there was a Queen size bed, it is not. The bed is only a Full-size bed. The view was great and the location is perfect, but to many issues. Being it is in an apartment there is no place to get toiletries, it only had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper when we arrived and no other rolls. There is no place in the shower for your stuff, you have to put everything in the floor of the shower. The blind in the living room was broken and would not lower to the floor and the blinds in the bedroom worked, but were all bent up. Overall, we made it work, but this is not somewhere I would stay again due to lack of communication and the willingness of the host to help us when their system failed.
