Fully Renovated Home with Fenced Yard

Enjoy this freshly renovated, pet-friendly whole house rental with stainless steel appliances and modern design. This beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 bath property with fenced back yard is only 13 minutes to City Center, 6 minutes to Wake Tech, 16 minutes to NC state, and 22 minutes to RDU. Major shopping center just 5 minutes up the road. All pets must be disclosed in your booking message $75 each pet, limit of two pets.

Arrive by car and have enough space to comfortably park two cars in the well lit driveway. The front door has a smart lock for easy, contactless check-in. The living room is straight ahead with plush reclining sofa and loveseat, and new 55in smart TV. Rear living room door takes you out to the new back deck with gas grill and patio furniture for entertaining. The modern kitchen is immediately to the left upon entering the home and is complete with the new stainless steel appliances. The spacious dining area is open to the living room and kitchen and perfect to enjoy any gathering. The stairs leading to the three bedrooms is to the immediate right when you step though the front door. The master bedroom with King bed and view in to the backyard is the room straight ahead at the end of the staircase. The bedroom immediately to the left has one Queen bed and shares a bathroom with the bedroom next to it, that has two Twin beds. The laundry room is in the hallway on the first floor and has a new washer and dryer for your convenience. All windows are new and have blinds, screens, and are noise reducing to guarantee a relaxing stay while in the city.

Owners are available 24/7 by phone or email.

Base nightly rate includes for 6 guests. Additional guests $20/pp/night. Private rental agreement and security deposit hold on credit card (like a hotel) are required.

We stayed here whileMy husband was in the hospital at UNC. The hosts were SUPER accommodating and so easy to work with. The house was perfect for my parents who came to help and for our dog who loved the fenced in yard. I had to extend my stay several times due to the length of his hospital stay and the owners made that so easy.

We had a short stay in the property, my husband, our son, myself and our dog. We were in Raleigh for a memorial for our family member. We were in and out of our rental at different times of day and evening and found the neighborhood safe and quiet. There was an enclosed back yard that we used a lot for our dog, who loved it. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The host was accessible and responsive. The property was a little distant from family and church for the memorial, but not too far. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you!

We meet biannually church Diocese meeting. This year we had the privilege of staying at this beautiful property. There was plenty of space for the the kids. The spacious bedrooms has some of the most comfortable beds. I enjoyed the comfortable master suite with the the spacious walk-in closet and one suite bathroom. I would love to visit this property in the future.

Nicely renovated and updated. Clean and uncluttered. The mattresses in the twin bedroom were uncomfortable and lumpy. The neighborhood was disappointing, with lots of traffic, lots of cars parked on the street, dogs barking, car alarms going off and motorcycles revving late at night and early morning Although we liked the house we would not rent again because of the location

The townhome is very nice/very clean and we really enjoyed our stay (the purpose of our visit was to visit our son). Bedrooms were very comfortable and lots of room for my family. The fenced back yard is great for pets (and we did utilize). The neighborhood looks like it is on the early stages of revitalizing and more properties are being renovated.

Alex was very responsive and lovely to interact with. The house was well kept and had more small amenities than expected! There were plenty of kitchen items and shower necessities. We had a perfect stay and would absolutely recommend it to friends.

We were in town for my son’s graduation from NCSU and needed a place that would let us bring our 2 small dogs. Alexandra was a dream to work with and super responsive. I am incredibly picky about cleanliness and travel with Clorox wipes and Lysol; I did not need to use either upon arrival. This place was spotless! Location was an easy drive to where we needed to go and to restaurants and grocery stores. Would most definitely stay at this property again. One caveat: if you have small dogs (mine are 11 and 13 lbs), they could easily fit under the fence in the backyard, so we could never let them off-leash. Not a huge deal to us but someone may need that info.
