We were looking forward to staying at nice hotel for thanks giving. We arrived at the hotel at 11:00 pm. The hotel desk clerk said we did not have a reservation. We showed them are paid invoice from expedia and he said we had to contact expidia and heve them contact him . I asked him if he could contact expidia and he said he could not.
He keep saying because we booked thu expidia there was nothing he could do . He said this happens all the time.
I asked for a manager and anouther lady came up and basically said the same thing. I told i was not happy with there level of service and i did not know how to contact expidis by phone.
If you have ever tried to contact expedia by phone you know how longthat could take to find a number and get a hold of a person, especially at nighg.
She kept saying that i booked thu expida / a third party and there was nothing we could do.
I beg her for expidias phone number and after an hour on the phone we finally got are room. 12pm
I ccmplained to the manager the next day and he did nothing and blamed expidia. I also left a bad review and corporate said they would call mee and didn't
Also the tolet did not flush properly . I asked them to fix it and they didn't.
The thermostat in are foom was broken so we could not use the heater. It was 67 in are room.
I didn't bother asking for them to fix it since they really didnt care.
I will not stay at embassy sweets again or book thru expidia.
