There are three stylish bedrooms with three comfortable queen beds. Two spacious bathrooms, en suite is renovated and has a beautiful walk in tile shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, blow dryer, extra toilet paper and trash bags are all provided. Primary bedroom includes a 50 inch flat screen TV and a private en-suite with walk in shower. 2nd bedroom includes a dedicated workspace perfect for those in town on business who need a quiet space to work.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The home features an open kitchen with a large refrigerator, glass electric stove top, oven and microwave. The separate dining area has plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners. We provide everything you'll need to cook and clean up after a delicious family meal including cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, cutting boards, cookie sheets, and more. The dining table can comfortably seat six people with two more at the kitchen counter.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
There’s a large 55-inch smart TV as well as a comfortable couch and two velvet chairs, a collection of board games, magazines and yoga mat!

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the house also provides its own outdoor space for guests to enjoy. The large yard is fully fenced with mature trees for shade and a firepit and grill for those nice Raleigh nights.

☆☆ Safety ☆☆
Your safety matters. So we have outfitted the property with a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket provided as well as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

You will have private access to the entire home for the duration of your stay, including the outdoor spaces.

We comply with and exceed all COVID-19 VRBO sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding (including pillows) with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest.

☆☆ Other Things to Note ☆☆
-The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal so please keep traps in both drains and do not put food down the sink.
-The ice maker in the fridge does not work so we have provided ice trays.
-The igniter on the gas grill does not work so you will need to light it with a lighter located in the kitchen.
-Our home is situated on a spacious wooded lot. While we take pride in keeping the property clean and well-maintained, please be aware that occasional encounters with nature—like spotting a bug or two—are possible. This is a normal part of life in a wooded area, and we appreciate your understanding!

You are close to Raleigh’s biggest park (William Umstead Park) as well as many other hiking trails and lakes such as Lake Lynn and Shelley Lake. DO NOT leave doors or windows open without screens.
DO NOT run HVAC with doors and/or windows open.
LOCK all windows and doors when you leave the home.
NO candles, incense or other flammable objects.
DO NOT cook or prepare meals in any room other than the kitchen.
DO NOT tamper with the Wi-Fi.
DO NOT tamper with external cameras.
Overnight guests must be on the reservation. Exception requests must be communicated to the host in advance.
We love our four-legged friends but

-DOGS must be in a crate when you are not home.
-DOGS must be on leash at all times when outside the fenced yard.
-DO NOT leave dogs in the backyard when you are not home.
-If allowed on furniture, please cover furniture with YOUR dog blankets.
-Guest needs to inquire first before booking for stays more than 30 nights.
