« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« It’s a new property, just opened about two weeks ago. Needless to say, still got a few kinks to iron out. The room was clean and spacious but already missing a handle knob in one of the cabinets. The elevator was not working when we checked in. The shower pressure was pretty weak. Also, the breakfast provided was quite meager with no eggs available during our stay. A breakfast with no eggs?? »

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée.
Hôtel très sympa.
Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« Upon checkin we were assigned an accessible Room with 2 queen beds which not what we booked. The ceiling fan was so dusty and visible on every blade. The sink had salad in it which was an eyesore. The hotel staff told us they could reassign another room the next day and we were assigned to another room that was not cleaned yet. Bedding was stripped.
