« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. « The facility was nice and well kept. However, I checked in after 8 p.m. due to circumstances beyond my control. I called prior to arrival to be to be sure there were no check in time restrictions. The employee told me there weren’t any check in time restrictions. After checking in and going to my room I discovered I was given a handicap room. I didn’t request this type of room. I was too tired to go back to the front desk about this issue and decided to wait until next day. I complained about...
