Located in North Quito Carcelen, our cottage is in a close knit family neighborhood with all the essential shops & restaurants. You can smell fresh bread wafting from the nearby bakery! Less than a mile from the Carcelen bus terminal that takes you all over Ecuador. Discounts on longer stays. Two blocks from main road which takes you to Panamericana, occidental, S. Bolívar, airport, estadio Liga, Portal or Condado malls, Colegio ISM, Americano, SEK.

The space
The cottage has a tiny house layout with three private rooms. Close to estadio Rodrigo Paz Liga de Quito, El Portal shopping, Condado shopping, Colegio Americano, Colegio Einstein, Universidad SEK, UTPL.
One room has a double bed with two closet dressers, a sliding door to step out into the back garden and a window for afternoon sun exposure.
The second room has a twin bed and dresser with a view of the vibrant bougainvillea in the back garden, it has blackout curtains and is quiet.

The third room has dedicated office space at the brightest corner of the house with a private sitting area.

The main living area has a couch, rattan chair, aTV and reading lamps as well as recessed lighting. The dining area has a classic pendant lamp, four velvet chairs and a glass tabletop. The kitchen has white quartz table tops, refrigerator, sink, and electric induction stove/oven and so much room for storage, including a slide out pantry.

The bathroom has 3D Italian porcelain tile, recessed shower storage for shampoo, conditioner and soaps. A bowl sink on granite countertop sink, nonslip flooring, luxurious towels and rugs.

The outdoor space boasts of a front and back garden and lawn, a covered pergola with seating area for five people. Enjoyable for morning coffee till evening tea, outfitted with dim and bright lighting. The garden includes Mandarin tree, coconut tree, roses, hydrangea, gardenia, and lavender.
