« We had a family vacation for 10 people. The entire process was easy. From booking, checking in, logging on to the WiFi, using each of the rooms, bathrooms, and outside space - all intuitive, simple, and it felt like we were at home. The one item I would say to be mindful of; there are 4 bedrooms; 1 on floor one, and 3 on floor two, and the 3rd floor has an open-floor concept with a separate access door and has 5 beds, one of which is a bunkbed. « I had a really good stay here. The place was clean, well-kept, and made for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, close to local spots, and made it about as easy to get around as you could hope.Check-in was pretty chill, small issue with the lock that was fixed in minutes and a small problem with the TV that was more user error then anything. »

« Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. »
