This hidden gem offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, with Queenstown's city center just a short walk away. After a day of adventure, unwind in the hot tub and soak in the mesmerizing views across Lake Wakatipu.

Recently refurbished, this property features modern furniture and appliances, and comfortable Sleepyhead Super King Chiropractic beds, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay. With 3 bedrooms that sleep six, 2.5 bathrooms, and spacious living and dining areas, the home offers ample space for relaxation.

The fully functional kitchen with modern appliances, wood burning fireplace, heat pumps, and bedroom heaters provide all the comforts of home. Enjoy a fresh brew from the Nespresso machine, stay entertained with a Smart TV, and stay connected with unlimited high-speed wireless internet. The outdoor dining area with umbrella, and sundrenched private patio make for perfect outdoor gatherings.

A Weber BBQ is available for guest use. If you'd like to use it during your stay, please let us know at least 3 days prior to arrival. A fee of NZD $60 applies, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and professional cleaning afterward.

*Please let us know your preferred bed configuration at least 3 days prior to arrival. If you decide to change the setup after you've arrived, a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee applies. This covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange the beds and fit new linen.

Baby Accessories - A portacot, high chair, and baby bath can be provided on request for a fee of NZD $50. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 22.
Minimum 3 night due to resource consent
