Une nuit au chaud
Une accueil nickel par une jeune fille quebecoise!! La chambre est très confortable. Le salon cuisine est très bien. Douche avec bonne pression. Bien situé par rapport au centre ville.

L'endroit est beau, par contre très très vieillot, équipement cuisine très minimaliste et insuffisant par rapport aux nombres de personnes Prix très intéressant en basse saison

Comme il s'agit de plusieurs pavillons, il n'y a pas vraiment d'ambiance. Les dortoirs sont confortables. Les employés de la réception sont sympathiques et ils nous aident dans l'organisation d'activités.

Bien situé
Endroit un peu en retrait du centre ville mais accessible en 10 minutes à pieds. La chambre est simple mais correct.Comme ce n'est pas un hotel le ménage laisse un peu a désirer mais çela depends des gens qui occupent les lieux avec vous.

Pas trop éloigné du centre ville
Je garde une très mauvaise impression de l'hotel car les gens viennent là pour faire la fête une bonne partie de la nuit. Ils boivent beaucoup trop avec des dégats colatéraux de toutes sortes!!! La direction de l'hotel ne fait rien pour que cela change!!!

It was a terrible choice to stay there as the locks on the door were nonfunctional. We believed everything would be okay, but in the middle of the night, a stranger entered the room and quickly left upon seeing two people already inside. I felt completely unsafe. The next morning at 7 o'clock, there was a disturbance in the hallway as people were fighting and causing damage, waking us up ( but besides it was good stay very clean and staff was wonderful )

Location is walkable to the town. Room is small, we booked for three people, buy the room is prepared for two people, no daily room cleaning service, I have to ask towels, toilet paper, mugs from the office. 4/2 midnight fire alarm go no explanation. We still don't know what is the cause.

ドミトリー側のシャワー、トイレに年期が入っていたが、個室のレジデンスのものは新しく、綺麗でお湯もスムーズに出ました。シャンプーはありませんでした。個室の入っているレジデンスはの扉と、共同の台所の扉の開閉が隣だったので大きく聞こえました。お部屋は新しく綺麗で気持ち良かったです。どのスタッフもにこやかな笑顔で挨拶してくれました。

There is insufficient car parking for clients. We were told it would be first in forst served. If you dont get a park good luck finding one close by. The fire alarm went off atv2 in the morning and our building plus one other were vacated. No one turned up, no fire department, police or management. The fire brigade did arrive later after a customer called them. If it had been a real emergency the buildings would have burned down. Several customers and families remained locked out of their rooms after the fire alarm was turned off and it took an hour of waiting in the cold until someone turned up to let them in again. This resulted in a very poor nights sleep. Management and staff did not even offer an apology. I reccomend you stay somewhere else, we wont go back.

Avoid the pinewood lodge. A case of stuffing the maximum number of people into as small a space as possible. Most cheap lodgings have redeeming factors, this doesn't. Almost a case of misadvertising. 13 people on a tiny kitchen and no storage space. Shell out a few extra dollars to stay elsewhere, or save a but more and stay in a cheaper place, I doubt it'll be worse.

The room was very small with no seats to sit. Very small bathroom and the toilet would keep running . Kettle was too tiny, could barely get it under the bathroom sink. Would not stay here again for the high peice they charged.

We liked the common kitchen and eating area and the common living room. Also appreciated all the outdoor eating tables available. It was a nice space for us as a couple but also great for a group of family or friends.

I stayed 2 nights on two separate occasions throughout my stay. Parking was a little difficult but excellent walking distance to main shops. Other guests were quite loud on first stay.

Apologies you were inconvenienced by noisy guests - we do have a 24-hour security team available to deal with noise complaints, as we have a site-wide property noise curfew of 9pm. Cozy mountain hideaway
This place is rad, and very affordable in a rather expensive city. The front desk dude helped me book a tour to Milford Sound, check in was easy, I found good parking and my room had two super comfy beds and an incredible shower. Bonus, there was a kettle with free coffee and tea. Also, the location is astounding - right at the base of a beautiful mountain decked out in pine trees, and a 10 minute walk to town.

Dreadful place.
The worst place we have ever stayed. Run down, takes basic to a new low. Dreadful bathroom, poor bedrooms. Just awful and expensive.

大きな敷地にいろいろなタイプの宿泊棟が点在しています。駐車スペースには限りがあるので、混雑時期は早めにチェックインしないと、面倒なことになりそうです。 設備は、部屋のグレードによると思いますが、掃除でシンプル。各棟に共用のキッチン、リビングがあります。 クイーンズタウンのほぼ中心部にありますので、安さを追求するならある程度の不便を我慢すれば、快適な宿泊施設だと思います

Helt ok och vackert
Jag tyckte mycket bra om boendet de hade allt vi kunde önska Boendet ligger mycket fint nära till centrala stan vi är helt nöjda i alla avseenden utom möjligen att byggnaderna är lite slitna och att inte anläggningen har hotellstandard men med tanke på priset som är fantastiskt lågt är det helt ok alltihop
