Très bien
Nous sommes demeurés dans une chambre avec vue sur le jardin. La chambre était propre et moderne, mais la salle de bain (propre) a grand besoin de rénovations. La vue sur les montagnes de la salle à dîner est splendide. Côté emplacement, l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre-ville (nécessite une voiture ou de prendre le service d'autobus qui roule aux 30 min).

The breakfast was cold and chewy, it was $32 per person so for all 3 of us when we didn’t eat much at all $96 was way over the top. The staff how ever are fantastic- if we were to stay again it would definitely be because of the helpful lovely staff from as soon as we walked in the door u til we left again Thank you

It is next door to qrc resort where we needed to go. Parking is great in the morning but terrible if you leave about 6pm there are no parks when you get back and none on the street either We could constantly hear the groaning of the elivator and hear the neighbours talking most of the night

Mercure is a beautiful property with a nice view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay fully. We got dinner at the restaurant in the hotel that also has an amazing view. Buffet breakfast was decent. 5 star property. Plenty of parking available. It is a 5 min drive to the city centre but we didn’t mind.

The rooms were old & rundown. We paid $760 for 1 night - we expected a luxury, but our room was old & outdated. The carpet was all coming away from the edges of the room! The bathroom was basic & the shower wasn’t clean. Even our view from the room was obstructed by the long grass & a very outdated metal fence.

The lake view was awesome. Among the hotels we stayed, this one offers the most stunning view. This great is a great option if you are ok being a bit far from downtown. Driving to downtown takes 10 mins. The parts we didn't quite like were that breakfast choices were a bit limited and parking space filled up after 10 pm.
