However I would like to mention that we are a small team here working around the property and reception hours are from 9am to 5pm. Staff is available by picking up reception phone located outside reception. It's unfortunate that you missed us every time however as per our conversation over the phone all your issues were resolved on the spot . Sorry that we could not offer you a free room upgrade as we were fully booked. At BreakFree, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Naturally, I was also disappointed to read that the room allocated was not up to your expectations. I would like to pass on my sincere apologies for this. We do acknowledge that there are varying degrees in terms of the standard and fit out of our apartments and this is something we are actively working with our owners on to address as a priority. This is challenging process and one, which will take some time as we attempt to justify to each individual owner why they need to re-invest in their apartments. Most owners are receptive and are investing towards refurbishment work, again however, this is to varying degrees, some are well over and above expectations and others are to reach our minimum standard that we would expect. Sorry to hear about your experience with driveway and reception not being occupied,however satff is on-site working within the property and can be contacted through after hours phone which is located just outside reception and sign is always kept on reception if it's not attended.
