« This was a really good hotel everything was well maintained! The food was delicious! We did have one issue where there was something wrong with the air conditioner however they were very accommodating to us! »

« We spent 8 days there and everything went well. The staff is nice, the swimming pool and the gym were perfect. The only thing we didn’t like much is the breakfast, that was ok but really not the best in town. »

« Wanted a deposit but would charge $6 even if no problems. They called it a processing fee. The front desk not open until 9am. The side entrance to get in the parking lot blocked off. Could not get to the hotel because of one way street. Had to drive around again for a few miles to get to the only entrance. The room was newly renovated and clean but the exterior of the property and the lobby were in need of significant repair/upgrades. Not sure why it’s listed as very good on Expedia. Would not...

« Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor. »

« Hôtel historique plein de charme situé tout près du Riverwalk. Jolie chambre de style rustique avec un lit très confortable. Salle de bain mérité toutefois un rafraîchissement. Magnifique cour intérieure avec une petite fontaine et de grands palmiers. Endroit parfaite pour une détente. J’aime revenir à cet hôtel lors de mes séjours à San Antonio. »

« Friendly customer services had everything I needed including the airport shuttle which was easy and quick to obtain! »

« I thought these hotels were supposed to be nice. The lady who checked us in was either having a terrible day or shouldn’t work in customer service. The rooms were nothing crazy and my mom’s didn’t even have body wash and the bathtub in ours was clogged. We requested a crib and it looked like a jail cell. No, we didn’t except a fancy crib but it was extremely outdated. Also have to pay for wifi and parking. »
