« Once we figured out the app to get into the lot and building, everything was easy in/out. Great central location being close to downtown area but also not too far from Biltmore. Accommodations were A+. Would definitely stay again. Hope this rental avoided most of the damage from Helene. »

« My hubby and I stayed in this condo for 1 week while in Asheville for a family wedding. The condo is in a great location. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. There is also a small park right across the street. The Paxton Key app we had to download to our phones to gain entery into the parking lot and the public doors worked very well for us. The king bed is comfortable and it has a great bathroom and closet. My only complaint is that the kitchen has only...

« The place was great and just as advertised (except for the couch being updated). Really enjoyed the location and the downstairs food venues. « This is an amazing spot in the heart of Asheville, within easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and shopping (East Fork Pottery is right around the corner!) Our host Mike was responsive at every turn - even arranging for an electrician to come when the power went out in the building late in the evening while we were there. Power was back on within an hour! Clean, modern and stylish, this is probably the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at. Would absolutely recommend! »
