« The overall stay was okay, good location, easy parking. When booking a stay here I would advise that you are aware of the following:
- The place could do with slight fixing. Some items were broken/worn down.
- We booked the stay for 2 people and were only provided with one set of towels
- Communication was very last minute and even though responses were reasonably quick the organisation could be improved. Week prior to stay I had contacted to confirm car details for parking and asked that if...

« The apartment did not live up to its description as a "De Lux, Luxury Apartment. The kitchen cupboards were de-laminating in several areas and hinges were coming loose on cupboard doors. Also, you had to pay in full, on day of booking, and then, one day before occupation they demanded a further £100 pounds before releasing the Keys to the apartment »

« Massive lack of staff support, no one answers the “24/7” helpdesk line, had no response by email as i was not provided with any access information or room number.
Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host.

Whole standard of the place was top class. Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. »
