Le retour par courriel fut très long et je n’ai pas senti d’empathie ou la bonne volonté de la personne qui me répondait à vouloir répondre à mon besoin. J’ai perçu que j’étais qu’un numéro! »

« The bathroom had an off putting smell. It would have been nice to have a real bar of soap and shampoo and conditioner in more than a packet. The shower needs a shelf to put things on( soap) and the floor floods. A new sponge ( instead of an old used one) and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen would be nice.. There was no garbage can for trash or trash bag to take to the cans on the first floor. »

« Amazing location only a 4 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.I had read the previous reviews, so knew it was small, but probably didn’t expect it to be so small that we had to rearrange furniture to open the sofa bed. In the end, it really was just a place to sleep, and it was surprisingly quiet at night, given the area.The bathroom needs a good refresh, but everything worked well and was clean.The washing machine was a plus, but a drying rack would have been useful.I would recommend this apartment...

« It was very good, very cleanly and also had laundry and lots of towels. It was very spacious and in a great neighborhood. It was very close to the train station and had wonderful restaurants and cafes near it. Overall, loved it so much and would come back. »
