« Difficult to make contact with host.Access delayed for 1 hour.The whole place was filthy.Windows haven’t been cleaned for a very long time.Glasses and cups/mugs stained and showing fingerprints.Cutlery also.Vinyl floors sticky and unwashed.Entry ranchslider difficult to operate.Carpet appears to not have been cleaned for some time.Toilet didn’t flush properly.Had to pour water into bowl to clear it. »

« Was in industrial area - NOT close to beach or stadium venue, as led to believe. No view. No milk left for teas, coffees. Plug missing in upstairs bathroom. No "human" hosts to welcome guests. Noisy at night if windows open. While it sleeps 6 ok, it was a very small lounge area for 6 adults. 3 had snuffles/hayfever inside unit - maybe not vacuumed??? »

« First off, for some reason I thought this was a fancy new home from the listing, but actually it's an older home with some recent freshening up. Everything was clean, e.g. linens, towels, carpet, counters, but there were a few minor scuffs on walls and a little bit of mold in the shower. The house is on the lake with a nice view and backyard. Some of the hedges along the driveway were in need of pruning as they were hanging out into the driveway. Some patio furniture is bolted down and there are...

« Everything was great! All amenities were included and having the free pass to the hot springs was a bonus. Loved the layout of the space and the land. Great vibe, will definitely return :) »
